Piroska is a highly skilled and experienced professional in revenue management and sales yield strategies within the hospitality industry. She brings a wealth of expertise and a track record of success to her role.

Having recently joined Hospitality Solutions Ltd, Piroska is now responsible for managing a selected portfolio of hotels and overseeing the comprehensive offerings of the company. Her experience at G3 Group, where she served as a Revenue  Manager, equipped her with a deep understanding of decision-making processes to achieve targeted room and board revenue, occupancy, and average rate figures. During her tenure, Piroska excelled in creating effective pricing strategies, conducting competitive analysis, and staying abreast of market trends and emerging technologies.

Prior to her role at G3 Group, Piroska served as Groups Manager at Topaz Hotel in. Her focus on developing group business and responding to sales inquiries significantly contributed to revenue growth. Piroska’s responsibilities included preparing and signing tour operator contracts, handling channel management, and supporting daily operational duties.

Piroska’s career in the hospitality industry began in 2004 in Hungary. Later moving to Malta, she joined Oswald Arrigo Ltd, an incoming Destination Management Company in the role of Reservations Agent and Accountant. Her responsibilities encompassed researching travel options, maintaining accurate bookings and reservations, and cultivating strong relationships with tour operators. Piroska also played a key role in negotiating corporate and best rates with hotels and monitoring competitor activity to ensure competitive pricing.

With experience in guest relations and front office operations at renowned establishments such as Intercontinental Malta and Hotel Riu Seabank, Piroska brings a well-rounded understanding of guest satisfaction and service excellence to her role. Her time spent as a Guest Relation Agent and a Front Office Shift Leader further honed her communication and problem-solving skills.

She is well-versed in various channel management systems like Busy Rooms, Siteminder, and Ihotelier, hotel software including Mews, Brilliant, Fidelio, Opera, Room Master, as well as Revenue Management software such as OTA insight and Fornova.
