With a strong background in hotel management, Sue previously served as the Rooms Division Manager at Westin Dragonara Resort, where she managed various departments and played a pivotal role in enhancing guest experiences. She was selected by Starwood International to be part of a pre- opening team for Le Meridien, Split in Croatia, where she supported the rooms department with branding and policies. She was also part of a Starwood Operational Task Force for other European Hotels within the chain, in providing support in maximising overall operational performance.

During her time living in the Netherlands, she was the brainchild of VIP My Stay, a hotel platform focused in collecting detailed personal information from arrivals and which was used by selected hotels in Malta and Europe. The platform was selected by The WEB Summit Conference in Dublin as one of the top upcoming hospitality technology platform for 2016.
